Condiciones de Alquiler

El usuario es responsable del cuidado y devolución de la bicicleta y los accesorios (candados, casco, llaves…). · Las bicicletas han de ser devueltas en el mismo estado que al ser alquiladas, haciéndose cargo el usuario de cualquier desperfecto ocasionado. · El usuario está obligado en todo momento a candar correctamente las bicicletas cuando no las tenga a la vista. · En caso de robo o perdida del material, el usuario tendrá la obligación de abonar a Bikes4life el material sustraído, siendo el valor de los diferentes accesorios: candado 25 €, llave 15 €, casco 19 €, faros, frenos, pedales 9 € c/u, sillín 20 €, rueda rota 35 €. En caso de robo de la bicicleta, el precio que deberá pagar es el de PVP · Se requiere un depósito de 150 € (o DNI) por alquiler de bicicleta que será devuelto a la devolución de la bicicleta en el mismo estado que fue alquilada. La fianza o depósito serán en previsión de los posibles desperfectos, daños o la no devolución de la bicicleta y los accesorios que se hayan alquilado. · El pago y la fianza siempre se realizarán íntegramente y poradelantado en el momento del alquiler. · El retraso en la devolución de la/s bicicleta/s supondrá el abono de la tarifa correspondiente. · El usuario de la bicicleta se compromete a respetar las leyes y normas de trafico y es responsable de todo daño causado como consecuencia de cualquier accidente durante el uso dela bicicleta. · El usuario conoce los riesgos que implica conducir una bicicleta y es el único responsable de los daños causados a sí mismo, a terceras personas o a cualquier bien, mueble o inmueble, por la utilización o uso normal o anormal de las bicicletas. · Bikes4life no se hace responsable de reclamaciones por daños corporales o materiales ocasionados a sí mismo o a terceras personas o a objetos de su propiedad. · En caso de pinchazo o avería debe acercarse al punto de entrega de alquiler y le cambiaremos la bici o le repararemos el pinchazo, el coste de la reparación se abonará en el acto. El transporte corre por su cuenta ya que no disponemos de servicio de recogida.

Rent Conditions

The customer shall accept responsibility for the care and return of the bicycle (including padlock-chains, helmets, keys…).

· The bicycles shall be returned in the same condition as they where rented out. Any damage discovered upon return of bicycles and accesories shall be compensated by the client.

· The user is obliged at all times to correctly lock the bikes when they don’t have them in sight.

· In the case of any equipment being lost or stolen, the customer shall pay Bikes4life a fee to cover such loss or theft. The fees payable shall be: padlock-chain 25 €; key 15 €; helmet 19 €; lights, brakes or pedals 9 € /each, saddle 20 €, broken wheel 35 €. In case of theft of a bike a fee of pvp must be paid.

· A deposit of 150 € (or an original ID) shall be collected when the bicycle is hired. The deposit shall be refunded upon return of the bicycle if it is returned in the same state as it was hired out.

· The deposit fee is charged as a precautionary measure in view of the possible damage and non-return of the bicycle and accessories hired out.

· Payment for both rental and the deposit fees shall be paid in full and in advance upon booking.

· A delay in the return of hired bicycle(s) shall incur the payment of the stipulated late fee.

· The customer is obliged to respect the traffic laws and rules and therefore is responsible for all damages caused as a consequence of any accident that occurs during the use of the bike.

· Bikes4life is not responsible for any fines or penalties that may result from the breach of these traffic laws.The user is aware of the risks of cycling and will be solely responsible for damages to themselves, to others, to property, movable or immovable by normal or abnormal use of the bikes.

· Bikes4life is not liable for claims of injury or damages caused to themselves, to others and / or their property.

· In case of a puncture or breakdown, you should go to the delivery point of the bike and we will change the bike or repair the puncture. The repair cost will be paid immediately. The transport runs on your own since we do not have a pick-up service.
